Every evening I come home
And I find you there
Make-up smudged from tears
Throat hoarse from sobs
I hold you tight as you cry your heart out
The world you find so beautiful is so cruel to you
Just because you’re gay
Doesn’t mean you’re a whore
Just because you’re crippled
Doesn’t mean you’re weak
Just because you’re German
Doesn’t mean you’re a Nazi
Just because you’re a Goth
Doesn’t mean you're emotionless
Just because you’re bipolar
Doesn’t mean you’re dangerous
Just because you’re sickly
Doesn’t mean you’re a burden
You’re perfect as you are
So beautiful and kind
So never lose that, darling
And you’ll find your peace of mind

Yeah, the stereotypes thing against Pan has been getting worse recently, and ranting about it was only gonna make things worse, so I wrote another crappy little poem thingy about it.
;.; My poor baby's been feeling so down recently, I was hoping this would cheer him up a little bit.
I don't think it needs a mature content warning, but I'll add one for ideologically sensitive material if someone thinks it is needed.

The two last stanzas clinches the whole thing. Beautiful, really.
